29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  On or about 03/14/2024, at an establishment located at 6950 Okeechobee Boulevard, West Palm Beach, Florida, an employee performing gas station sign rebranding work from the bucket of a truck mounted aerial lift, while not being protected from falling, was exposed to a fall hazard due to the employer failing to conduct an inspection of the worksite to ensure the employee was utilizing the required fall protection equipment to perform the work.
