OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck and crushing hazards of collapsing rack systems with severe damages.  On or about March 13, 2024, at the facility located at 307 South Commerce Street, Cedar Grove, Wisconsin; employees were exposed to struck by and crushing hazards of falling loads and elements when they conducted warehouse tasks around severely damaged storage rack systems. D1 - D4 section in Cooler #7 were loaded with palletized products and were supported by bent and twisted upright columns and columns partially sheared from the base plates.
