29 CFR  1926.451(g)(4)(i):Guardrail systems were not installed along open sides and ends of platforms:  a) 2795 Chastain Meadows Pkwy, back exterior wall facing Chastain Meadows Pkwy NW: On or about March 14, 2024 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 14 feet 3 inches from working platform to ground, in that a guardrail system and or fall protection was not provided to employees installing brick siding.
