29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet  or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) 197 76th Street, Stone Harbor, NJ - Employees were exposed to fall hazards in that the employer allowed employees to conduct grinding operations approximately 12 feet above the ground with no fall protection system in place. This condition was observed on or about March 13, 2024.  NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
