29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:   a) On or about March 14, 2024, an employee was exposed to incoming nip points from the unexpected energization of the conveyer belts and a struck by hazards of the lower robotics unit while clearing a jam in the lamination and stacking area on Ultium Cells L&S 9-1 (stacker). The employer did not ensure employees utilized lockout tagout procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy.
