29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  On March 14, 2024, and times prior employees performing sheathing on a multi-family housing unit with a 6 in 12 pitched roof were exposed to fall hazards of 18 to 20 feet from eave to ground.   b)  On March 14, 2024, and times prior employees performing sheathing a multi-family housing unit were exposed to a 10- foot fall hazard at the open sided floor around multiple stairway openings on the second floor. 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a)  On March 14, 2024, and times prior employees did not recognize the hazard of working without personal fall protection or take actions needed to minimize the hazard.    b) On March 14, 2024, and times prior employees did not recognize the hazard of walking/working near open sided floors or take actions needed to minimize the hazard.   c) On March 14, 2024, and times prior employees did not recognize the hazard of not having handrails on stairways in the event of a trip and fall down the stairs or take actions needed to minimize the hazard.
