29 CFR  1910.132 (a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered:   At the feed mill and the grain handling areas, employee(s) conducting building, bagging, and delivery of grain and grain products were exposed to health hazards from grain dust in that the employer does not enforce the use of dust masks and eye protection as a mandatory requirement. The employer provides dust masks and eye protection to employee(s) but use of the eye protection and dust masks is voluntary.
