29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about 3/20/2024, at 7935 Fisher Island Drive, Miami, Florida, 33109  a. Four subcontractor employees were exposed to up to a 60-foot fall hazard while working on the 6th floor roof of a residential high-rise building without conventional fall protection in place.  b. Two subcontractor employees were exposed to a 10-foot fall hazard while working on the 1st floor roof overhang of a high-rise apartment building without being anchored to the roof.
