This condition allowed employees to operate the machine with the doors open, which exposed employees to an entanglement hazard.    (c) On or about March 21, 2024, the safety interlocks were not properly working on the Haas VF3 CNC machine (Model No. VF3 and Serial No. 17916). This condition allowed employees to operate the machine with the doors open, which exposed employees to an entanglement hazard.
