29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) Fabrication/Machining Department:  On or about March 11, 2024 and at times prior employees were exposed to caught in hazards while turning, facing, boring, and grooving items of many compositions  without a chuck guard on the Leblond RKL-1940G lathe.  b) Fabrication/Machining Department:  On or about March 11, 2024 and at times prior employees were exposed to caught in hazards while turning, facing, boring, and grooving items of many compositions without a chuck guard on the 2190TE ACRA lathe.  c) Cast/Urethane Department:  On or about March 11, 2024 and at times prior employees were exposed to caught in hazards while turning, facing, boring, and grooving items of many compositions without a chuck guard on the Leblond RKL-39120G lathe.  d) Cast/Urethane Department:  On or about March 11, 2024 and at times prior employees were exposed to caught in hazards while turning, facing, boring, and grooving items of many compositions without a chuck guard on the 1660TE ACRA lathe.
