The white Belkin relocatable power tap is serially connected to the pink and orange relocatable power tap which terminates into the receptacle suspended from the ceiling, on or about March 21, 2024. n) 510 Kenhorst Plaza, READING, PA 19607 - Employees were exposed to electrical hazards while conducting retail operations due to operating relocatable power taps that were serially connected to flexible power cord located above the outdoor tool display wall on the left wall of the customer retail area. The free floating, white relocatable power tap is connected to the black flexible power cord (supported on the display hooks) which terminates above the display cabinet, on or about March 21, 2024. o) 510 Kenhorst Plaza, READING, PA 19607 - Employees were exposed to electrical hazards while conducting retail operations due a metallic junction box that was not mounted to a surface to ensure employees are not manually interacting with the receptacle box. A non-contact tester confirmed the present of voltage while held to the black flexible cord traveling from the junction box, on or about March 21, 2024.
