As of December 9, 2024, the employer had not provided abatement certification for Inspection number 1737055, which was issued on June 6, 2024, and required abatement certification for Citation 1, Item 2, which was due on August 15, 2024, with respect to a work location at 14 Farnsworth Street, Springfield, MA.
