29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  (a) On March 27, 2024, and times prior, at 50 South Third Avenue West, Dickinson, ND, employees operating the Homage bander machine with an unguarded track at the exit point and transport area were exposed to ingoing nip points and rotating part hazards.  (b) On March 27, 2024, , and times prior, at 50 South Third Avenue West, Dickinson, ND, employees operating the lamination equipment were exposed to struck-by and caught in hazards between the Black Bros. CO. 490 Panel Cleaner and Black Bros. CO. #775 Adhesive Spreader, in the front and back of the machine, were the area between was unguarded to prevent entry.
