29 CFR  1926.652(a)(1):Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c).  a) For the trench at/near the corner intersection of Calla Terrance N.  and 8 St N., St. Petersburg, FL 33556, on or about 03/12/2024, the employer exposed employees to cave-in hazards, in that, employees were working in a trench at depths up to approximately 6.4 feet with no cave-in protection being used.
