29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) Residential construction located at 1671 Fulmont Circle (Lot 31), Mableton GA. 30126. On March 28, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that, employees were working on a 10 feet roof without a guardrails systems, safety net systems, or personal arrest systems.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:  (a) Residential construction located at 1671 Fulmont Circle (Lot 31), Mableton GA. 30126. On March 28 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that an employees were working on a 10 feet roof using a 4ft  A-frame step ladder in the capacity of a straight ladder.
