29 CFR  1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer shall conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed.  (a) On or about April 4,2024, and times prior the employer had not performed annual periodic inspections of the energy control procedures for injection molding machines and blow forming machines and other fabricating equipment to ensure that procedures and requirements of the standard were being followed and that employees who implement energy control procedures understood their application.
