29 CFR  1910.101(b):  The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:  a) On or about 4/2/2024, in the warehouse near the loading dock, two compressed gas cylinders were stored in the open near other goods being prepared to load for a shipment.

29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1):  Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  a) On or about 4/2/2024, in the second floor of the offices, a fire extinguisher made inaccessible by boxes placed in front of it.  b) On or about 4/2/2024, at the desk next to the loading dock, a fire extinguisher was not mounted.  c) On or about 4/2/2024, at the pillar near the loading dock, a fire extinguisher was made inaccessible due to items being stored in front of it.  d) On or about 4/2/2024, in the back of the storage room there was an area marked for a fire extinguisher where one was not located.
