Employees were exposed to chemicals that included but was not limited to gasoline during landscaping operations that included mowing and trimming.

Employees were exposed to chemicals that included but was not limited to gasoline during landscaping operations that included mowing and trimming.

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours:  On or about March 25, 2024, the employer failed to provide a timely notification of an employee hospitalization for a work-related injury that occurred near the Prairie Star Parkway in Lenexa Kansas on March 25, 2024.  The employee was hospitalized for approximately 4.5 days before his death on April 2, 2024.
