Production Area: On or about April 4, 2024, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards, in that the employer required employees who were grinding, cutting, and repairing boats to use Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator 7502 without first developing and implementing a written respirator program.

Production Area: On or about April 4, 2024, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards, in that the employer  required the use of a Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator 7502 by employees without first providing a medical evaluation to determine if the employee was able to wear a respirator or not.
