29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  (a) Eyeglass World northeast side of the building: On or about April 4, 2024, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that a a harness with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by each employee that worked from a Z-60/37 FE Genie Articulated Boom Lift that was elevated approximately 19 feet above concrete.  Sign D'Sign Ventures, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1466362, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 20, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 140 Town Center Blvd, Pooler, GA 31322.
