Boxes and maintenance materials blocked the access to the circuit breaker panels in first, second, and third floors.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  (a) Watermark Bellingham, LLC located at 1615 Boot Road West Chester, PA, Memory Care Unit: On or about April 8, 2024, the employer did not ensure that working space about electric equipment was maintained free of storage. Boxes and electronic equipment were stored around circuit breaker panels in the fire alarm room.  (b) Watermark Bellingham, LLC located at 1615 Boot Road West Chester, PA, Brandywine Building: On or about April 8, 2024, the employer did not ensure that working space about electric equipment was maintained free of storage. Boxes, vacuums, and maintenance materials blocked the access to the circuit breaker panels in first, second, and third floors.
