29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Jobsite: On or about April 18, 2024 the employees who were re roofing a 6 in 12 pitch roof with eve height of 12.6 feet above the ground, were not protected from fall hazards by the use guardrails, safety nets or a personal fall arrest system.
