Camp Pendleton, Bldg. 31C20T, Temporary Fabric Shelter, LCAC 90, Fuel Cell #1: The employees mixed and used a Seaguard 5000 part A/B epoxy coating (category 3 flammable), a suitable fire extinguisher was not immediately available in the work area. This condition potentially exposed employees to fire hazard(s).
