Camp Pendleton, Bldg. 31C20T, Temporary Fabric Shelter, LCAC 90, Fuel Cell #1: On and/or before April 9th, 2024, the employer did not provide confined space monitoring equipment to designated competent persons to test confined spaces. The competent person was not able to perform all required tests as set forth in 29 CFR 1915 Subparts B, C, D, and H. Employee(s) were potentially exposed to confined space atmospheric hazard(s).

Camp Pendleton, Bldg. 31C20T, Temporary Fabric Shelter, LCAC 90, Fuel Cell #1: On and/or before April 9th, 2024, the employer did not ensure that the #1 fuel cell was tested by a shipyard competent person to determine the concentration of flammable, combustible, toxic, corrosive, or irritant vapors within the space prior to the beginning of painting operations. Employee(s) were potentially exposed to confined space atmospheric hazard(s).

Camp Pendleton, Bldg. 31C20T, Temporary Fabric Shelter, LCAC 90, Fuel Cell #1: On and/or before April 9th, 2024, testing was not conducted while employee(s) were painting inside a confined space by a shipyard competent person to assure that air concentrations were below 10 percent of the lower explosive limit, within the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL), and below Immediately Dangerous to Life and Health (IDLH) levels. Employee(s) were potentially exposed to confined space atmospheric hazard(s).
