Albion Way, Cherry Creek Village, CO 80121: On or about April 11, 2024, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees working in excess of 6 feet above lower levels while engaged in residential construction activities were protected by fall protection measures. Employees were observed working at height in excess of 6 feet without fall protection while removing roofing material and installing new plywood sheeting.
