29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  At a commercial worksite located at 263 Shepard of the Hills Expy, Branson, MO 65616 employee's were working from an aerial lift on the east side of the building and not connected to the aerial lift with a lanyard or safety harness. This exposed the employees to fall hazards of 30 plus feet to the ground level. This was documented on or about 4/5/2024.
