29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  (a) On or about April 11, 2024, at 1319 Elm St, Hartford, WI 53027, employees installing a roof on an existing residential home with an approximately 9:12 pitch did not use fall protection.  This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately eight (8) feet, nine (9) inches from the roof eve to the ground below on the front (South) and back (North) sides of the home.
