29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1):The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required:  a)For JP Contractor LLC worksite located at 37 Madison Street, Newark, NJ  The employer did not provide abatement certification and documentation for inspection number 1740826, Citation 1 Item 2, 29 CFR 1926.454(a) which was issued on 04/12/2024.  The citation was received by the employer on 04/15/2024 and became a final order on 04/25/2025.  Violation occurred on or about 02/14/2025.

Violation occurred on or about 01/05/2024
