29 CFR  1926.100(a):  Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  a) On April 12, 2024, employees working at ground level were exposed to stuck-by hazards from falling objects from the work area above and were not provided with hard hats.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   a) On April 12, 2024, employees engaged in roofing work were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevations between approximately 9.6 feet and 18 feet above the ground.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
