29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about April 16, 2024, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while working on the ground directly next to dumpster while employees actively removing and installing shingles on the roof of a residential home located at 2930 Crossview Road Seven Hills, Ohio, above the grounded employee were throwing objects from the roof into the dumpster. No protective helmet was being worn.
