29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:    a)  At 2305 West Beach Boulevard, Gulf Shores, Alabama:  On April 16, 2024; the employer allowed his employee to perform painting activities from an aerial lift without using fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of up to 40 feet to the ground below.
