29 CFR  1910.1030(f)(3):Following a report of an exposure incident, the employer did not make immediately available to the exposed employee a confidential medical evaluation and follow-up:  (a) In patient room 251: On or about 4/14/24 an employee received a needle stick while administering an injection to a patient. Employee was not offered medical treatment immediately after notifying supervisor of the needle stick.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
