29 CFR  1910.22(a)(2): (2) The floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition.  When wet processes are used, drainage must be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats must be provided.   a.  On or about April 12, 2024, employees were exposed to slips and falls when they conducted the in-place cleaning for Production Hall-1 during the application of sanitation chemicals such as, but not limited to, the BOOST 3200/3201 surface treatment.  The flooring remained wet and slick throughout the cleaning task, exposing employees to slip and fall hazards.
