29 CFR 1910.124(h)(4): Employees working with chromic acid were not provided with periodic examinations of their exposed body parts, especially their nostrils: Building 11:  Chrome Plating Department:  On or about April 19, 2024, employees who dipped lead alloys into tanks containing Chromium VI compounds including 80-100% chromium (VI) trioxide were not provided with periodic examinations of their exposed body parts, including their nostrils.
