On or about April 18, 2024, Housekeeping employees working in the primary soiled linen and laundry room were exposed to electrical shock and fire hazards in that Panel L, located in the Soiled Utility Room and containing enclosed 120/208 volt electrical breakers for the laundry room lights, outlets, washers, and dryers, did not have the required minimum 3-foot depth of working space in front of the panel, and flammable cleaning supplies were stored in front of it.
