29 CFR  1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems shall be installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrail systems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews.  On or about April 19, 2024, an employee was engaged in residential construction activities at 6440 North 12th Ct. Lincoln, Nebraska.  Employee(s) were exposed to fall hazards when working from a platform that was not guarded at a height greater than 10 feet.
