29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:   (a) On or about 04/19/2024 - 35 Smith Circle, Jacksonville, AL, two employees were operating framing nailers to nail down plywood and not wearing eye protection exposing themselves to struck-by hazards to the eye.  (b) On or about 04/19/2024 - 35 Smith Circle, Jacksonville, AL, an employee was operating a circular saw and not wearing eye protection exposing himself to struck-by hazards to the eye.

(b) On or about 04/19/2024 - 35 Smith Circle, Jacksonville, AL, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet, 6 inches to the ground below.
