29 CFR  1926.150(a)(1):The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart:  (a)  On or about April 5, 2024, and at times prior to that date, the employer did not develop and maintain an effective fire protection program during construction work and did not ensure suitable fire extinguishing equipment was readily available for the employees to be used without delay while performing construction activities on the roof of a commercial building.

29 CFR  1926.153(l): LP-Gas storage locations were not provided with at least one approved portable fire extinguisher having a rating of not less than 20B:C:  (a) On or about April 5, 2024, and at times prior to that date, the employer did not ensure suitable fire extinguishing equipment was provided for the storage of a propane cylinder being stored outside on the roof of a commercial building.
