29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) Roof, 1109 Arbor Grove Way NE Buford, GA 30084: On or about 4/23/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards up to 18-feet to the lower ground level, in that fall protection systems were provided but not proper or connected for the roofing activity on a steep 6/12 pitched roof. Employees donned mountain climbing waist harnesses and failed to connect, and employees were not provided an anchor as climbing ropes were tied in a knot at the ridge of the roof.
