29 CFR1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: a) Bakery: On or about April 24, 2024, the employer did not ensure the Hobart commercial mixer Model D-300, serial 11373949 115v was equipped with a fixed bowl guard, exposing employees to amputation and caught-in hazards. b) Bakery: On or about April 24, 2024, the employer did not ensure the Thunderbird commercial mixer 115v was equipped with a fixed bowl guard, exposing employees to amputation and caught-in hazards. c) Bakery: On or about April 24, 2024, the employer did not ensure the Hobart commercial mixer Model D-300, serial 1559381 115v was equipped with a fixed bowl guard, exposing employees to amputation and caught-in hazards. d) Bakery: On or about April 24, 2024, the employer did not ensure the Hobart commercial mixer Model D-300, serial 11-143-244 115v was equipped with a fixed bowl guard, exposing employees to amputation and caught-in hazards. e) Bakery: On or about April 24, 2024, the employer did not ensure the Hobart commercial mixer Model D-300, serial 11-387-212 115v was equipped with a fixed bowl guard, exposing employees to amputation and caught-in hazards.
