29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   Location: 3 East Grove St. Middleboro, MA 02346  On 04/23/2024, employees were exposed to falls from heights up to 15 feet to the ground while working on a commercial painting project where fall protection was not utilized.  Instances. a. steep sloped metal roof used to access the flat roof b. unprotected flat roof.
