29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  On or about April 25, 2024 , Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers Tree Top, located at 1116 Sulphur Spring Road in Ballwin, Missouri did not provide eye wash stations in their automotive repair facility. Employees were  using corrosive materials to facilitate automotive repairs without suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes.

29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(7):   The alternative method in lieu of affixing labels to individual stationary process containers did not identify the container to which it is applicable.  On or about April 25, 2024, Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers Tree Top, located at 1116 Sulphur Spring Road in Ballwin, Missouri had multiple secondary containers missing labels throughout the automotive repair facility.
