29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):   a) Bakery Area - On or about 04/29/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in that, the employer failed to implement a written hazard communication program when employees were working with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to Rinse Additive, Floor Cleaner, Pan Detergent, Sanitizer (corrosive), Dish Machine Detergent (corrosive), and Dish Machine sanitizer (oxidizer, corrosive, irritant)

29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2):The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification that identifies the workplace evaluated, the person certifying that the evaluation has been performed, the date(s) of the hazard assessment, and, which identifies the document as a certification of hazard assessment:  a) Bakery Area- On or about 04/29/2024, and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure that workplace hazard assessment was provided through a written certification for the hazards associated with sanitation operations while employees were working with chemicals, such as but not limited to, Rinse Additive, Floor Cleaner, Pan Detergent, Sanitizer, Dish Machine Detergent, and Dish Machine sanitizer.
