29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a) Residential construction located at 3634 Atlanta Hwy., Flowery Branch, GA 30542, Roof: On or about 04/26/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 12-feet, 9-inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities on a 5/12 pitched roof.

29 CFR 1926.552(a)(1): The employer did not comply with manufacturer's specifications and limitations applicable to the operation of all hoists and elevators.  a) Residential construction located at 3634 Atlanta Hwy., Flowery Branch, GA 30542. On or about 04/26/2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not follow the manufacturer's specifications of the Transporter Platform Hoist as the wire cable it was manufactured with was replaced using a rope.
