29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) On or about 04/29/2024, and at  times prior, GRR Roofing, Inc., exposed its employees to fall hazards exceeding 6 feet in height while conducting re-roofing operations on a residential home located at 17452 East Bellewood Circle, Centennial, CO 80015.   GRR Roofing, Inc.,  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection  number 1714950, citation number 1, item number 1,  and was affirmed as a final order on 03/18/2024 , with respect to a workplace located at 12880 Palisade Street, Firestone, CO 80504  GRR Roofing, Inc.,  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1618859, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/09/2024 , with respect to a workplace located at 2650 Gilstrap Ct, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 .

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  (a) On or about 04/29/2024, and at  times prior, GRR Roofing, Inc., did not ensure that the portable extension ladder used to access the landing surface of a residential home located at17452 East Bellewood Circle, Centennial, CO 80015 was extended at least 3 feet exposing employees to fall hazards.  GRR Roofing, Inc.,  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1618859, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/09/2024 , with respect to a workplace located at 2650 Gilstrap Ct, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 .
