On or about April 30, 2024, on the northwest corner of the gymnasium under construction, employees performing steel erection work activities climbed, and stood on, the guardrails of the aerial lift they were operating.

29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.  On or about April 30, 2024, on the northwest corner of the gymnasium under construction, employees performing steel erection work activities were operating an aerial lift and the lanyard of the fall protection systems in use were not attached to an approved anchor.
