29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a) New apartment construction located on 2920 Frontage Road, Oakwood, GA 30502, Roof: On or about 05/01/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 45-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roof underlayment installation activities.
