29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a) Cerrobend Workstation, Omni Dynamic, Inc., 12 Seely Hill Road, Newfield, NY 14867, on or about 2/21/2024, Employees were utilizing Cerrobend to fixture turbine blades into a shuttle and were not aware of the chemical components of the metal alloy, or the hazards and exposure routes of exposure of the components including, but not limited to, lead and cadmium.
