29 CFR  1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed:  Near 13372 CR 4670, Dilley, TX : On or about April 30, 2024, and at times prior thereto; the employees performing maintenance repairs  on energized electrical circuits of 120 volt  to 240 volt, were not required to wear or provided the personal protective equipment such as safety glasses , insulated gloves, and face shields.
