29 CFR  1926.1052(c)(1):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:  a) Worksite, 1230 Noyac Path, Water Mill, NY: Employees used  two 10-step stairways separated by a landing between ground and second level floors of residential construction that was not equipped with a stair rail along the unprotected sides; on or about 4/29/24.  Note:  In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
