29 CFR  1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye.  On or about April 23, 2024,  an employee was lifting a trailer when the trailer slipped and fell on top of employees foot,  the employee was hospitalized without the employer reporting the incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours.
